Working hard and keeping on his feet all part of the fun for Chris
Chris Heaslip has been part of the Kurrajong family since 2019.
He says he likes ‘working hard and keeping on his feet’.
He is certainly busy, working at the West Wyalong Recycling facility three days a week, attending Lifestyle Choices twice a week and volunteering at a local preschool a few times a term.
He likes the physical work at Recycling, as well as driving the work vehicles and says he is excited to get a forklift licence soon.
Chris has been socialising more since starting with Kurrajong, getting out and about in the community and building his confidence. As a result, he is more willing and confident to try new things and learn new skills.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys driving, spending time with family, music, technology and going to the gym.
