Kurrajong supported employee Paul recently celebrated his 40 years working for Kurrajong Commercial Enterprises!
Paul has received services from Kurrajong for almost his entire life commencing at Kurrajong in the mid 1960’s.
Paul lived in the Kurrajong Wagga hostels from the time he was a child and was very proud to be among the first people to venture into ‘Independent Living’ as it was known then when a Department of Housing house became available in Bolger Avenue. Over the years Paul has moved house from time to time to where he lives now in one of Kurrajong’ s group homes, very settled and content.
In 1982 Paul commenced with Kurrajong’s Commercial Enterprises doing a variety of jobs. He presently works in Security Shredding at Kurrajong Recycling.
“This place wasn’t even here before it was all land and mud and dust… and we were recycling only paper, back in those days,” Paul said.
Paul loves his job and is an extremely valued employee.
Congratulations Paul on reaching 40 years working with Kurrajong!
