Lilly’s success with SLES
Lilly Farley joined the Kurrajong SLES program in 2018 and developed many skills over the 2 years she was in the program.
Throughout this time, Lilly participated in the group-based learning environment and trialled various work placements. Lilly volunteered at a hairdresser, florist, at a party hiring warehouse and also as an office assistant at Kurrajong First Contact.rnrnLilly used all of the skills she learnt in the SLES program and proved to be a real asset for the Kurrajong First Contact team. Lilly was offered paid employment after a period of volunteering and is now working 5 days a week for Kurrajong First Contact!
