Our tours demonstrate what we do, what we can recycle and the important role everyone plays in recycling correctly at home and work. They are also a great opportunity for us to answer questions and learn more about your recycling experiences.
To ensure a safe and informative tour within an operating industrial site, each tour is designed according to the needs and features of each group e.g. age, interest, mobility and available time.
Tours are designed around three areas:
Your visit will take 1─2 hours, depending on the group size, age, and requirements.
Tours are conducted on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, with our high activity day (a high number of trucks unloading) being Wednesday between 9 am─2 pm.
To view machinery operating, take your tour during staff work periods: 9.30 am─11.30 am, 12 pm─2 pm and 2.30 pm─4 pm.
Note that these times may vary during extreme weather and availability of staff.
